Today we learnt how to lend our stuff to the right person and who we trust to borrow our stuff,and spend our money on quality not budget 2 dollar things,like plastic toys that break easy.Make more frequent payments,Pay on time,Pay back extra,Be honest and return it in good condition.

Dance fever 29/10/15

Today at dance fever we did new hip hop moves,and they made the music faster so we have to dance faster,then we did the samba and we did new moves as well and we had to stomp hold turn your feet around and put your feet together again.

Today we learnt how to do the hip hop dance and the samba,we had to step forward than step back then step to the side then outside foot,then inside foot,then turn around and do the same thing then turn again and face your partner.

Tech 25/9/15 Friday

Today at sewing tech,we cut out our bags,and we measured the sheet.We used the ruler to mark 35 cm and 30 cm for our bags,and we cut the sheet into rectangles.Then we folded it and measured the rectangle into a square and cut it into our bag.Then we put our names on it.We got the measuring tape to measure the whole tape.

Next we marked the sheet with the felt tip,and then we cut the sheet out on the line.Then she talked to us about sewing.

Kiwican 3/9/15

Today at kiwi can for our energiser,we played a game called hand circle,you have to put the left hand under the other person's hand and your right hand over the other person’s hand.You have to tap the ground,but only when its your turn.

After that we talked about our new Topic,dealing with challenges,and we also talked about our theme Resilience.Then we did the Actions game,then we did the distraction circle.

Then after that we did the points.

Science at Tamaki College.

On Tuesday the 4th of August 2015,the sience people went to Tamaki college to do some science with the Tamaki teachers.We used the toy car,and the robot that can hold stuff and we made hockey pockey,and I used the drone and it could fly.

The ingredients for the hokey pokey were sugar, baking soda and flame from the Bunsen burner. My favourite chemical reaction was the elephant toothpaste. We mixed dishwashing liquid, food colouring, hydrogen peroxide and potassium iodide. The reaction was hot foam that was soft and bubbly.

Aotea Square trip

On Tuesday 30th of june we went to the city,at the Aotea Square.It was fun we watched the maori peformance,it was a dance.They were dancing about maori patterns.Then we went down stairs then walked outside and walked into another place and had our lunch there.

Next we watched the play,it was about a boy and girl and the boy go's to the mountain and the ready was showing us maori words to help talk to the boy.Then there was a another guy.

Kiwi can Relays

On Thursday 2nd of July 2015,we had house relays and i raced for nikau.In the first race it was the litttle children of each house then i was my age racing after Levi.R came first,Justin second ,and me third.
Kauri was winning because of bono,and nikau won aswell,the race was fun.

It was really cool and we were playing around while we were waiting .I had a race with levi.R and justin while we were waiting.

Kiwi Can

Today at kiwi can we played this game and you have to make beats with your body and with your group,you can clap stomp click whistle and other things you can do with your body to make a sound.Then we went outside to play handball with the soccer ball first there were 4 team then we teamed up with another team so there was 2 teams.

When you hit the ball once you run to the back and the next person bonces the ball then the next person bounces the ball.It was hard then Bono came and helped our team cause it was not even.
It wad hard for me then i got angry and then i got and i got angry even more.

Panda man Myth

Panda man is cool panda,he can talk,he works at KFC,and he makes nice burgers.He is like a human.He cook a big as burger,and it made a man die cause it was to good.

Panda man could breath underwater.He made a chicken burger and he got 50000000 dollars for it.When he became rich he made some children pandas and then they were the first pandas so he gave them 2000 dollar each the 1st panda bought him a really cool car,the 2nd panda bought him a big house.

Panda man wanted to make more burgers so he made his best burger the triple triple triple triple cheese meat patty double tomato burger.He finished the burger 8 days later,then he jumped out the window he flew to and island made more panda with his panda machine then he filled the whole world with his creation.

Panda man still lives.

Glenbrae KIDS.

On the 25th of May 2015 Monday,Room 10 and I went to the early childhood center that was built next to our school.First we took our shoes off so we wouldn't dirty the floor.Then we went to go sit down on the carpet with little kids.The lady introduced her-self,then we stood up and sang,if your happy and you know it.

Then we had to choose a child to talk and play with and we chose balu.Then we went to read a book,then we went for a walk,then we went to play with the blocks.He wanted to play with the train,so we gave the train to him and he was throwing it around.

World war

To survive,it's not necessary to fight(although those that do tend to grow by conquest),but just to be able to defend the society from attack.The Swiss have avoided fighting in the world wars by refusing to take sides,and also being ready to fight.All the men are trained to fight,and they have stockpiles of weapons everywhere.

Planes and tanks are hidden in secret place sin the mountains like some tv adventure series,and all the army movies.Fighters are sent to war to fight for Germany,the captain orders the men to get battle ships ready for attack.They would always make strategies to win the fight,so they might swim under water dig under ground.
 
Society's which combine both these techniques don't even better.A group which has a small,highly trained army,but most whose members are builders artisans will do better than groups where all members fight but not properly trained.

Descriptive writing-Stapler

It is kinda heavy and its is silver and grey it has a little bit of yellow.It has a handle which you push down to shoot the staple out of it.It is used to stick things to walls or to boards and stuff.The staples can hurt you if shot in to your head.

Today we had cricket on the field.We played tag,we have to get a tennis ball and hold it then tag others,then we played this passing and running game,where you run to the wicket then run back and pass it then we played a hitting game,where you throw the ball at the two wickets connected on top of each other and the boys won against the girls.

Walking to technology at tamaki college.

Today Room 10 and I walked to tech at tamaki college to learn about technology.I was late so i was rushing to school,but when i got to school i walked with Mrs Tofa and Mrs Atuahiva,then Mrs Raj and Mrs Elia picked us up on the path and then we saw elalio and he came with us in the car to tech.
